..................i believe this item was made in the 1970's by a person called Trevor Tugwell who worked for Ashdowns and previously worked with a relation of mine in a firm called Welsh Glass works in Cardiff.... Trevor Tugwell ( now Deceased) was a very skilled man making leaded lights and i am told he made this one
